Our website is updated weekly and setting up alerts via the main platforms/apps such as realestate.com.au or domain.com.au is also very helpful.

 

Tenant Forms/Application Process

Relevant tenancy forms are available upon request via email – mary@classrealestate.com.au or do not hesitate to call Mary on 0455 33 11 11 for any further information.

Our preferred application process is via 1Form which is found on the listing website on realestate.com.au alternatively you can request a copy be emailed to you.

STEP ONE: If you have no Power, Water or Gas, there may have been a local outage. Some helpful numbers to check for local outages include:

Origin Energy: 13 19 62

Energex: 13 12 53

Urban utilities: 13 23 64

AGL: 131 245

If you organise an emergency repair because of an outage in the area you may be not be reimbursed.  If you organise an emergency repair because of a faulty personal appliance you may not be reimbursed.

I acknowledge that my contact details will be given to the tradesperson who will contact me to arrange an appointment for the work to be done (please note, if you require after hours attendance you will be responsible for any additional charge)
I/we give our permission for the tradesperson to collect the office set of keys from Class Property Management and attend to the above maintenance.
